In addition to our range of gas and heating services, we also provide comprehensive landlord services (including gas safety inspections) to landlords, property managers and estate agents throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas.
Landlords have a number of legal duties where gas safety in their properties is concerned. These duties include ensuring that all gas pipework, chimneys, flues and gas appliances are safe, in full working order and have been inspected by a Gas Safe Registered engineer once a year. This means that everything from boilers and gas fires to hobs and ovens need to be checked over annually, as part of your duty of care to your tenants. Once we’ve carried out an inspection and checked that all gas appliances are safe for continued use, we will provide you with a CP12 gas safety certificate.

Home Heating Installations can provide your home or property with an unvented water system. Unvented water systems are fed directly from the cold water mains supply and provide an efficient flow of water throughout your house, both hot and cold suppliers, and provide an evenly distributed heat.

Build up of rust, debris and sludge over time builds up in central heating systems and can cause water to flow inefficiently. This can cause excessive noise from your boiler, boiler pump or from your radiators when they start heating up. This inefficient flow of water can also cause your boiler to shutdown unexpectedly and can ultimately shorten the life of your boiler, meaning you may need a replacement boiler sooner.

Along with our landlords with Gas Certificates we also provide Portable Appliance Testing PAT for landlords. This is a safety test which is used on all electrical appliances which are left in a rented domestic property. Appliances include, washing machines, fridges, cookers, kettles, toaster, vacuums etc. The law requires that you ensure that the appliances are safe for your tenants.

Each engineer carries an extensive range of genuine spare parts, We are confident that we will have the correct part to fix any condensing boiler 95% of the time.
ATTENDING
We offer a same day attendance on any emergency repair visit booked in before 10am Monday to Friday and operate an out of hours service at weekends and bank holidays.
WARRANTY
All repairs carried out on your appliance will carry a minimum of 12 months warranty on any of the parts fitted.
